First, we machine sand your headlights to remove oxidation, crazing and 100% of the failed original clear coat from your headlights. This is done using up to 6 different sanding steps and sand papers.
Vapor Leveling
Second, we use our unique method of using the vapor of two special chemicals to react to the bare polycarbonate lens to create a perfectly clear and hardened finish!
UV Coating
And finally, we protect your newly restored headlights with a UV Coating engineered specifically for your polycarbonate lenses. This will help maintain their clarity and prevent them from yellowing.
